ManpowerGroup conducted research among nearly 25,000 employers across 39 different countries and territories.
25% of employers who are facing skills shortages are looking to foreign talent to fill this.
Engineers, labourers and workers are the shortage areas that tend to most often be filled by foreign talent.
33% of employers are concerned about the impact of outward migration of talent from their home countries.
